Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms cover your use of notionology.com and any services you engage us for. By using our site or working with us, you agree to them. We've written them to be clear and fair, but if anything's unclear, just ask.

Who we are

notionology is a Notion consulting agency that designs and builds custom Notion workspaces. "We," "us," and "our" refer to notionology. "You" refers to you, the visitor or client.

Using our website

You're welcome to browse notionology.com for your own information. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content in ways that infringe our rights or anyone else's. The content on this site, including text, design, and branding, belongs to notionology unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Our services

When you engage us for a project, the specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and price will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement. That project agreement, together with these terms, governs our work together. If anything in a signed project agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement wins.

Bookings and discovery calls

A discovery call is a free, no-obligation conversation to understand your needs and see if we're a good fit. Booking a call doesn't commit you to anything, and it doesn't commit us to taking on your project.

Payment

Fees, payment schedules, and terms for any project are defined in your project agreement. Unless stated otherwise there, invoices are due as specified, and work may pause if payment is overdue.

Your content and confidentiality

Anything you share with us to build your workspace remains yours. We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to deliver your project. Likewise, our methods, templates, and materials remain ours unless your agreement says otherwise.

Third-party tools

Our work often involves Notion and other third-party platforms and integrations. We don't control those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. We're a Notion Solutions Partner, but we operate independently and are not Notion.

Warranties and disclaimers

We take pride in our work and aim to deliver systems that serve your business well. That said, our website and any general content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Specific commitments about project deliverables live in your project agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, notionology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
